Yet again somebody has put a black bin liner full of dog waste bags in one of the litter bins at King George V Playing Field - this despite the clear sign on the bin.

The playing field is not public land (it is owned by a charity and operated by the Parish Council) and the bins are emptied by our Village Handyman as part of his litter picking duties around the village.

The playing field has CCTV coverage, and if a further breach of this regulation occurs and the offender can be identified, a prosecution is likely to follow. Please use the Red Dog Waste Bin by the gate to the field which is maintained by DDC contractors.

Dogs are not permitted on the playing field.

Update: this has happened again in several times in October; an individual has been identified from CCTV and the footage submitted to Kent Police.
